“What I Will Do to Graduate from High School”
Graduating High School is one of my many goals that I am going to accomplished! My goals are below
1.  Get excellent grades in high school
2. Learn how to drive
3. Get a driver’s license
4. Get fit
5. Stay in cheer
6. Graduate High School
7. Go to college
This would be done with determination and motivation. I am very determine because if I wasn’t I wouldn’t get anywhere and would just stay home freeloading off my parents, and that’s something I don’t want  to happen. I want to be able to buy my mom a beautiful huge house with a pool and everything just for her. I would also want to be able to buy myself two houses one in Los Angeles and one in Miami. My motivation is just thinking of the nice peaceful life would have if I go to a university and get a good career. The
Universities I would like to go to are
University of Santa Barbra
Ucla
Harvard

A way I am trying to get to a university is get as many scholarships as I can to get there by having good grades or maybe I can get scholarships by being in cheer. If that doesn’t work out I can try to join another sport like volleyball or soccer to get a scholarship because I’m really good in a lot of. If I got to college I’m going to be the first one of my brothers to go because I’m the oldest. One of my uncles went to Yale University so I wouldn’t be able to say that I’m going to be the first one to go to college.

How to Always Succeed in School

Part 2

Listen and ask questions. Still afraid of looking stupid? Don’t worry about it. If you’ve got a question about something chances are your classmates do too.
o   Review your notes and assignments before class
o   Give your teacher your full attention and concentrate on what is being said
o   Relate the topic to what you already know and listen for main ideas
o   Make eye contact with your teacher and take notes
o   Ask questions if you don’t understand but try not to interrupt your teacher. Raise your hand or wait until your teacher pauses or asks for questions.

Summary: The story of two young men, who played basketball for a college team at Purdue University, both got kicked off the team after an incident.
Reflection: I think these two choose the wrong. They didn't think that it would have effected them so much to get them off the team. Now what would they do with their lives?

How to Succeed in School
Part 1

Some experts say the difference between good students and poor students isn’t mainly ability. Instead, it’s how students organize themselves to use their abilities. A little organization can produce amazing results!
Get Organized:
  • Have a homework agenda or scribbler to keep track of your assignments, and always carry it.
  •  Ask the teacher for some outside help when the classroom explanation is not adequate for you.
  •  Use scribblers to put your notes in, and keep them organized
  •  Have phone numbers for classmates especially of one who will be your “homework buddy” this is someone in your class who collects hand-outs and assignments for you when you are absent from school. You can borrow your buddy’s notes when you return to school, and you can do the same for this friend.
  •  Ask questions when you are unsure of something
  •  Pay attention in class as it is very easy to let your mind wander. Take notes, concentrate on what is being said: it will be easier to absorb the information being presented
  •  Keep your bookshelf, desk, and kitbag neat.
  • Be prepared for each class, bringing the material you need to class (including pencil and paper).
